This month, we’re keeping things simple.
You don’t need a new plan.
You don’t need to start over.

Just keep showing up.
Even one session helps.

This Month’s Focus: Keep It Simple

If things have felt a bit off lately, come back to this:

• Repeat a session you already know
• Move a little slower
• Don’t overthink it

The more familiar things feel,
the more your body starts to settle into the work.

• Beginner Full Body 42
• Level 1 Full Body 77
• Full Body Express 22 (great when you’re short on time)
• Stretch 21 (good for recovery days)
• Reformer Strength 6 / 7 (if you feel ready for a bit more)

We’ve added a Mobility & Limber Up series.

This is a good one if you’ve been feeling tight,
stiff, or just a bit off in your body.

Slower sessions.
More stretch.
