By the middle of the year,
things usually start to feel a little different.

Not easier necessarily -
but more familiar.

The movements feel more natural.
You know your way around.
You trust your body a bit more.

That’s what consistency does.

This month at TRC,
we’re focusing on building confidence through movement.
Not by pushing harder -
but by continuing to show up.

Because strength doesn’t appear all at once.
It builds quietly over time.

A quieter way to start

We’re also trialling something new this month:

Start Here 🤍

If you’re new, coming back,
or simply want a little help getting started,
we’ll be in the studio:

• Tuesday mornings 9am–11am
• Thursday mornings 9am–11am

We’ll help you:
• get set up
• learn the kiosk
• understand the reformer
• choose a beginner session
• feel comfortable getting started

From there,
you can move at your own pace.

Midday Sessions - June Only

We’ve also added:

$16 casual midday Sessions

Monday to Friday | 10am–2pm

A quieter time to come in,
move your body,
and ease into a routine.

Perfect if you:
• prefer quieter times
• are getting back into movement
• have flexible mornings/middays
• want a simple place to start

A great place to start if you've been away for a while or want a comfortable full body session.
