May is usually where things start to feel a bit more settled.
Not the rush of the start of the year.
Not the stop-start of April.
Just a chance to find your rhythm again.
This month isn’t about doing more all at once.
It’s about coming back often enough
that things start to feel familiar.
Instead of jumping between sessions,
let yourself repeat what you know.
Same style.
Same pace.
The more often you come back to it,
the easier it starts to feel.
That’s where things start to click.
We’ve kept things simple, but added a bit more flexibility in May:
• 2 session memberships include an extra session each week
• All members can bring a friend to any session throughout May
You can bring the same friend more than once,
or bring different friends across the month.
Before they come in, we just need to set them up in the system.
Please send their:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email
• Phone number
to hello@trcps.com.au and we’ll take care of the rest.
Nothing you need to change -
just a bit more room to come in,
or bring someone along with you.
If you’re not sure where to start, these are good classes to return to:
• Beginner Full Body 42
• Level 1 Full Body 77
• Stretch 21
• Full Body Express 22
• Reformer Strength 6 / 7
Pick a couple and return to them across the month.
Don’t worry about trying everything -
just come back to what feels familiar.
Your Reformer has shared a few class highlights for May.
These are not the only classes available -
just a few sessions you might like to look for next time you’re in.

• Spicy Glute Workout 1
• Full Body Express 2
• Core Workout 40
Simon’s classes

If you feel like trying something different,
this is a nice place to start.
Otherwise, just keep coming back to what you’ve been doing.
Don’t restart.
Just come back in
and pick up where you left off.
This is usually where things start to click.
Not because you’re doing more -
but because you’ve stayed with it long enough
for it to feel familiar.
That’s what we want this space to support.
A place you can come back to, again and again.
See you in the studio,
Leisa & Hayley 🤍
