This month is all about Slow Strength, the kind that’s steady, mindfuland built to last.

It’s easy to think strength comes from pushingharder, but this month, we’re focusing on moving smarter and steadier.
Consistency, control and calm movement are where true strength lives.

🌀 Try these classes on the kiosk this month:

Level 2 Full Body 77 – strong, controlled reformer sequencesthat build balanced power
Yin Yoga – Release – slow stretching and mindful recovery torestore your body
Core & Release Matwork 6 – gentle core engagement withbreath-led flow
Pilates for Golfers 5 – Functional Strength & Stability– a focused routine to improve posture, rotation and stability

It’s always better when you move together!

From Monday 17 to Saturday 22 November,members can bring a friend for a free class, the perfect way to shareyour love of Pilates and introduce someone new to The Reformer Collective.
